Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
? Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
? Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.
? Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis.
? Participate in promotional activities and trade events when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? 2-3 years of field sales experience (preferably in the
food or FMCG industry
).
? Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
? Good understanding of local market trends.
? Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
? Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
