We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative with strong real estate knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits and regular meetings with prospective real estate clients.
Arrange and manage site visits for residential/commercial projects.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable property options.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain strong follow-ups, CRM updates, and daily reporting.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Assist clients with booking documentation and coordination.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Skills & Requirements
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
5-10 years of proven field sales experience in the Real Estate sector.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle clients professionally and close deals efficiently.
Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
Must be target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred).
Good knowledge of local real estate market and pricing.
