Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team at WOW INC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing B2B client relationships (domestic and international), and supporting the sales of our high-potency APIs, intermediates, and non-cytotoxic (NC) products. Prior experience in pharmaceutical bulk drug sales is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Visit pharmaceutical manufacturers, R&D centers, and procurement teams to present WOW INC's capabilities.
Coordinate with the regulatory and production teams to ensure technical documents (COA, MSDS, DMFs) and samples are delivered timely.
Follow up on leads from exhibitions, email campaigns, and web inquiries.
Prepare and negotiate quotations, tenders, and long-term supply proposals.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM or Excel, report market trends and competitor activity.
Support Director in developing marketing materials, product portfolios, and commercial strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Life Sciences; MBA in Marketing/Pharma Business preferred.
2-3 years of experience in B2B pharmaceutical sales
Knowledgeof SCADA-controlled facilities, OEB classification, and regulatory audits (US/EU) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and basic documentation.

Full-time | Monday-Saturday
Base location: Indore, with occasional site visits to Maksi or customer sites.
Remuneration
Competitive base salary + incentives/commission based on sales performance.
