Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and self-driven

FMCG Sales Representatives

to expand our market reach and grow retail sales. You will be the face of company in your assigned territory, responsible for building retailer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new retailers to grow market presence Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail partners Promote and sell tea products across retail outlets Ensure timely delivery and proper product placement Monitor competitor activity and local market trends Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and collections Use MS Excel and Sales Force Automation tools for daily reporting

Requirements:

Experience in FMCG sales or field sales (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiar with local markets and retail dynamics Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile sales apps Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area

Compensation and Benefits:
