Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive and expand our B2B and B2C sales for luggage and bags. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, distributors, institutional buyers, and bulk-order partners while strengthening long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategies to grow business for luggage, bags, and accessories Identify and onboard new corporate clients, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closures Build partnerships for corporate gifting, promotions, travel companies, schools, colleges, and enterprises Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and growth plans Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B & B2C business development or sales (preferably in luggage, bags, fashion accessories) Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Ability to build long-term client relationships Experience handling bulk orders and customized/corporate solutions Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting Required Travel for client meetings
Experience

3-7 years of experience in sales or business development Similar industry knowledge/experience in handling corporate clients and institutional sales is must
