Position Overview
We are looking for
dynamic, outgoing, and self-driven Field Sales Executives
to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai.
If you enjoy face-to-face interactions, campus outreach, and helping students make informed academic choices, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Your Key Responsibilities
Visit
minimum 3 colleges/campuses
daily across Mumbai for student engagement
Promote EduJam's online programs and explain career pathways to students
Conduct
seminars, presentations, and counseling sessions
at campuses
Generate new leads, follow up actively, and convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain accurate visit reports, lead records, and daily activity logs
Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales team to meet monthly targets
What We're Looking For
Experience in field sales preferred (EdTech experience is a plus)
Freshers
with excellent communication skills are welcome
Strong persuasion and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel across Mumbai daily
Highly motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented candidates
