Identify and pursue new business opportunities from corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key accounts.
Conduct field visits and client meetings to promote hotel facilities, banquet spaces, and hospitality services.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages to maximize revenue and profitability.
Collaborate with the reservations, banquet, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets as assigned.
Participate in hospitality trade shows, networking events, and client entertainment activities to build brand visibility.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for business growth.
Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and activity logs in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability.
Good understanding of hospitality products, packages, and client segments (corporate, MICE, leisure, travel trade).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce, Zoho).
Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory and work flexible hours when required.
