Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Meet clients/customers on the field to promote and sell company products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide market insights and competitor feedback to the management team.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and timely follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of proven experience in
product sales
(FMCG, consumer durables, electronics, or related industry).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain product features and close deals effectively.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and flexible to travel for field sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools for reporting.
