Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research & networking

Responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face meetings and field visits

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiate contracts or pricing.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Report regularly on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales and product management) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other relevant industry events.
Qualifications
Proven 3 years of experience as a field sales representative, outside sales rep, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Work Environment
Primarily field-based with regular travel to client locations.
Occasional office meetings and reporting requirements.
May involve standing, walking, and carrying product samples or promotional materials.
Compensation
Base salary plus commission and/or bonus structure.
Travel & accommodation expense reimbursement.
