2 - 4 years in experience medical or pharmaceutical sales (MR or similar role)
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Develop new leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
Deliver engaging product presentations and hands-on demos to healthcare professionals.
Manage your sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to help shape sales strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated and results-focused with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned region.
Basic proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
