Salary: Starting from ?10,000 per month + incentives (performance-based)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Field Sales Representative to manage customer

visits, sales, deliveries, and basic service coordination for our coffee vending machines. The

role involves extensive fieldwork, customer interaction, and timely execution of deliveries

and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong relationships Promote and sell The Artisan Brew's vending machines (2-lane, 3-lane, 4-lane
premix, fresh brew, and bean-to-cup machines)

Upsell products, refills, and service contracts where applicable Identify new business opportunities through field visits
Customer Support & Service Coordination

Act as the first point of contact for customer service issues Coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and machine servicing Ensure machines are functioning properly and report technical issues promptly Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the internal team
Delivery & Operations

Ensure timely delivery of machines, premix, and other supplies to customers Track delivery schedules and confirm receipt with customers Maintain basic records of visits, deliveries, and service requests
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Diploma or Degree preferred) Prior experience in field sales or service roles is an advantage Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas. Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic understanding of machines or technical products (training will be provided) Two-wheeler preferred (with valid license)
