Key Responsibilities1. Field Visits & Lead Generation
Conduct regular field visits to
schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate clients
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, etc.).
Generate qualified leads through on-ground activities and client meetings.
Promote company offerings through direct interactions and presentations.
2. Marketing & Branding Activities
Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, events, seminars, and workshops.
Coordinate with internal teams to set up promotional stalls, banners, and marketing materials.
Ensure effective brand visibility through field activations.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Gather data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Share insights with the internal team to improve marketing strategies.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and lead update sheets.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
Track performance metrics such as visits completed, leads generated, and conversions.
5. Coordination & Follow-Up
Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure seamless lead handover.
Follow up with clients to close leads and support the conversion process.
Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree (Marketing/Business Administration preferred).
Experience
0-3 years of experience in
field marketing, B2B visits, education sector marketing, or sales
.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
