About Us

Madathil Brothers Enterprises LLP (MBE) is a fast-growing FMCG company based in Calicut. We are building a portfolio of high-quality food brands. Currently, we are marketing and distributing

Neza

, our Kerala-style roasted coconut curry paste, already placed in leading supermarkets like

Grand Fresh

and

Greens.

This role begins with promoting Neza, but as MBE expands, you will also gain exposure to our

upcoming brands and products

.

What You'll Do

Identify

new supermarkets and vendors (e.g., Caterers, Restaurants, Canteens, or mess)

in Calicut and nearby areas for placement of Neza. Meet store managers, pitch MBE brands, and follow up on orders/payments. Maintain

simple daily/weekly activity reports

. Stand at the assigned supermarket and

promote MBE products

to customers (starting with Neza). Engage shoppers, explain product benefits, and encourage purchases. Conduct

tastings/sampling

(when arranged). Ensure products are

well displayed and visible

on shelves.

Training & Exposure

Receive

sales training

and guidance from MBE. Gain

hands-on experience in FMCG sales and marketing

. Learn how to build

professional relationships with retailers and managers

. Get exposure to

multiple brands

as MBE expands its portfolio.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, confident, and good at talking to people. Prior sales/marketing experience (FMCG/food products) is a plus but not required. Must be

proactive

in approaching new stores and following up. Age:

18-30 years (preferred)

Candidate must have own means of transport (2 wheeler)

Pay & Benefits

Fixed Pay:

?7000 - ₹10000 /month

Incentives:

Extra earnings based on sales performance

Travel Allowance:

For supermarket visits & follow-ups
