Field Sales Representative

Job Description

Job Purpose:



To drive sales of industrial, commercial, or marine filters (such as air, oil & fuel filters) by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory or segment.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new customers across industrial sectors (HVAC, automotive, industrial, Marine, etc.) Manage and grow existing accounts by offering suitable filter solutions Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients

Client Relationship Management

Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions Provide pre- and post-sales support and service Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Product Knowledge & Technical Selling

Understand filter products, specifications, and applications to recommend appropriate solutions Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations as needed

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports Maintain records of customer interactions, sales data, and forecasts using CRM tools Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery

Targets & KPIs

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ernakulam, Kerala (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

100% (Preferred)
