Conduct B2B field sales across Apartments, IT Parks, Hospitals, Factories, and Commercial Properties
Pitch SAYFIX services to Facility Managers, Administrators, and Decision-Makers
Generate new business leads through regular field visits and networking
Build and maintain strong professional relationships and client connections
Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Maintain basic reporting of daily visits, meetings, and sales progress
Requirements & Skills
Mandatory: Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license
Experience in facility services, real estate, or service-based sales preferred
Multilingual - English and local languages (Kannada preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with extensive field work and client interactions
