Variable Pay- Up to 10000/- based on their performance.

:

Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Building relationships with existing buyers Generating New leads and onboarding. Collecting orders from existing buyers." Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts Focusing on promoting udaan's own products to retailers. Converting Dormant buyers. Credit Analysis and Recovery. Building business relationships with current and potential Buyers Assisting buyers with promotional and other offers Resolving key issues which might be faced. Collaborating with Manager on sales goals & highlighting key issues

Requirements

:

Bike/DL/Smartphone mandatory. Candidate must be fluent in Kannada Min. Experience of 1 year in any type of field sales. Fresher candidates interested in field sales are also considered
