Field Sales Executive

to join our growing team.

Job Role

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for

generating new business leads

, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for our photography packages. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Actively identify and visit potential customers at

wedding halls, banquet venues, event organizers, schools, colleges, corporates, and other photography-driven businesses

.

Generate

qualified leads

and convert them into sales. Promote Mercury Studios'

wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, and event coverage packages

. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage

repeat business and referrals

.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan

local campaigns, flyers, and promotions

.

Provide accurate daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in

field sales / direct sales / business development

(experience in event, wedding, or photography industry is a plus). Strong

networking and lead generation skills

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Self-motivated, proactive, and

target-driven

. Willing to travel extensively across assigned areas. Basic knowledge of

MS Office / CRM tools

for reporting.
