. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales with residential, commercial, and institutional customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing customers including builders, architects, contractors, dealers, and end-users.
Promote and sell a range of
products.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers on-site.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and customer database.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, events, and branding initiatives.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials, interiors, or construction-related industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
