Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented

Field Sales Executive

to join our team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail outlets, distributors, and Stuckists to promote and sell FMCG products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager. Monitor and ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in retail stores. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territory. Execute trade promotions and marketing campaigns at the ground level. Track competitor activities and report market trends to management. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Collect customer feedback and provide insights to help improve product performance. Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, payments, and customer interactions. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries and stock management.

Qualifications and Skills:

HSC and Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Familiarity with local markets and customer preferences. Must own a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle (if applicable). Basic proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
