Sales All-Rounder Duties and responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Direct Sales-Direct sales of VastraAPP. \xc2\xb7 Lead Generation-Gather sales lead from the market and approach customers actively and get them on board with us. \xc2\xb7 Relationship Management-Maintaining a strong relationship with owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offer solutions on the same. \xc2\xb7 Promotion- Sign contracts with customers and handle the inquiries from existing and new clients, conduct promotional events/marketing activities to develop new contacts and increase the user base \xc2\xb7 Customer Service-Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish. \xc2\xb7 Our Values-Being the face of VastraApp in the market and standing up for the values we believe in. The personality Attributes required are mentioned below- \xc2\xb7 Communication- Effective communication and convincing skills needed (both English and vernacular) \xc2\xb7 Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Daily contact with the reporting authority must be established and all rules regarding attendance, leave, etc. must be adhered to. \xc2\xb7 Team Player- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life. \xc2\xb7 Influencer- Identifies, builds, and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach. \xc2\xb7 Flexible- Flexibility Recognizes the need to adapt to the changes and implement appropriate solutions. \xc2\xb7 Opportunist- Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence the change to increase the effectiveness and success of campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Creativity- Demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help to drive the business forward. \xc2\xb7 Field work- As the job requires constant field/outbound work, so the applicant should be ready to travel using their own/public vehicle on daily basis. \xc2\xb7 Confident, pleasing, and go-getter personality preferable.
