Field Sales Representative (Luxury Interior Design)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven

Field Sales Representative

to join our team, specializing in

luxury interior design projects

. You will be the face of our company, responsible for generating qualified leads by collecting contact information from potential high-end customers. Your work will focus on visiting new and ongoing high-end construction sites to connect with builders and site managers.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable navigating the high-end market and is committed to meeting and exceeding daily targets. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor suitable for the luxury sector.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Visit new and ongoing luxury construction sites (e.g., villas, high-end apartments, penthouses) and interact with builders, site supervisors, and other key contacts to collect customer data for luxury interior projects.

Daily Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed a daily target of collecting at least

customer contact numbers from affluent clients or luxury project stakeholders.

Data Management:

Accurately record all collected data, including customer names, phone numbers, and project details, with a focus on discerning the potential for high-end interior work.

Field Reporting:

Provide daily reports on your field activities, including specific high-end sites visited, contacts made, and data collected.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain a professional relationship with builders and professionals involved in luxury construction to secure a steady flow of leads.

Market Research:

Keep up-to-date with new high-end construction projects and market trends in the luxury real estate sector.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads for further follow-up and sales conversion.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a field sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the luxury goods, real estate, or construction industry. A strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with high-net-worth individuals and industry contacts. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. A target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. The ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Prior experience or a strong understanding of the interior design or luxury construction market is a significant plus.
