Visit retail counters, electrical shops and distributors daily for product promotion and order generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, counter staff, and distributors.
Actively promote company electrical products and ensure placement/visibility at counters.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
Handle order bookings, product demonstrations, and basic after-sales guidance.
Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable).
Submit daily sales reports and maintain proper documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in
electrical items or distribution-based products
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned areas.
Knowledge of local market routes and retailer network will be an added advantage.
Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Minimum qualification:
10th / 12th / Graduate
(as per company policy).
Two wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory
