where you'll be the face of the company -- meeting prospects, conducting cold calls, visiting offices, and driving business growth directly from the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
door-to-door visits
and
office gate-crashing
to introduce and pitch company products/services.
Generate new business opportunities through
cold calls, referrals, and field networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
Understand customer needs, demonstrate solutions, and handle objections effectively.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 2-3 years
of experience in
field sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B/B2C sales.
Must have
hands-on experience
working on the ground and achieving challenging targets.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a
"go-getter" attitude.
Preference for candidates from
startups
who understand the fast-paced environment and are eager to grow with the company.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
