The Hospital Sales Executive will be responsible for driving product penetration and building strong relationships with hospital procurement teams, administrators, and medical professionals. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and executing outreach strategies to maximize institutional engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution
Provide timely market intelligence on competitor pricing, customer feedback, and procurement cycles
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key hospital decision-makers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and hospital profiles
Assist in clustering hospitals based on geography and specialty for optimized engagement
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree preferably in science, pharmacy, Business, or a related field
1 year of experience in hospital healthcare sales (pharma, medical devices, or nutraceuticals preferred)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Familiarity with tender / rate contracting processes and hospital procurement systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hospital accounts simultaneously
Willingness to travel extensively across designated territory
