Meet homeowners, architects, builders, site supervisors to explain products.
Conduct on-site measurements (training will be provided).
Present product catalog, designs, and pricing options.
Sales & Conversion
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable kitchen/wardrobe/window solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow-up until final booking.
Maintain accurate records of visits, calls, and follow-up status.
Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets.
Product Knowledge
Learn and explain features of Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, and Windows.
Communicate advantages of materials, hardware, accessories, and finishes.
Confidently handle client objections and clarify differences between price ranges.
Coordination
Coordinate with design team for layouts and 3D drawings.
Coordinate with factory team for production status.
Work closely with installation team for execution and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Abilities
Strong communication & convincing skills.
Good understanding of customer behaviour.
Basic measurement skills (training provided).
Willingness to travel across project sites.
Ability to work independently & manage time well.
Knowledge of interiors/kitchens/windows is a plus but not mandatory.
