Job Description

We are seeking a young and proactive

Field Sales Representative

to lead our sales efforts in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the client base, and building long-term relationships with customers. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong focus on fieldwork and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Site Visits & Client Consultation:

Conduct field visits to prospective client sites, understand their requirements, and offer tailored product or service solutions.

Product Knowledge & Demonstration:

Effectively communicate and demonstrate the benefits and features of our products/services.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing clients and channel partners.

Reporting & Market Analysis:

Track sales metrics, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports for management and suggest improvements based on field insights.

Sales Target Achievement:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Customer Feedback :

Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution and high client satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
