Title: Field Sales Executive -- Industrial / B2B (Ahmedabad -- cover Changodar / Moraiya / Bavla)

Location: Ahmedabad (will cover Changodar, Moraiya, Bavla industrial areas)

Employment type: Full time (on-field)

Salary: ?10,000-12,000 basic + commission (see plan below) + travel allowance

About us: Oil supplier for industrial clients in Changodar / Moraiya / Bavla. Reliable supplies, GST invoices, and flexible delivery schedules.

Role & responsibilities:

Visit industrial plants in Changodar, Moraiya, Bavla to meet procurement/maintenance heads. Generate leads, negotiate rates, close supply orders. Maintain customer relationships and manage repeat orders. Report weekly pipeline & completed orders.
Must have:

1-4 years field sales / B2B experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred). Comfortable meeting plant managers / procurement heads. Two-wheeler for local travel. Gujarati / Hindi / English communication.

Base: ?10,000-12,000 / month (depending on experience)

Travel allowance: ?3,900 / month or reimbursement per km (choose one)

Commission:

2.5% of invoiced value on first delivery for a new client (one-time) 1.0% recurring for repeat orders (paid monthly) Bonus ?5,000 on crossing ?10 lakh invoice value in a month
