About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team at Vtalix. The role involves visiting educational institutions and corporate offices to present our mental health programs, build partnerships, and drive engagement. You will be the face of Vtalix in the field--educating decision-makers about our platform and helping them bring mental wellness initiatives to their communities

Key Responsibilities



Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices to introduce and pitch Vtalix's mental health programs and services. Identify potential partners, schedule meetings, and conduct presentations or product demos. Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, HR heads, and decision-makers. Promote Vtalix's online therapy, seminars, and wellness partnership plans. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets. Collect feedback and insights from clients to help improve service offerings. Maintain accurate records of meetings, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Collaborate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and implementation of wellness programs. Represent Vtalix at wellness events, seminars, and educational fairs.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or institutional partnerships. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confidence in conducting in-person pitches and building rapport with clients. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel. Basic proficiency with CRM and reporting tools. Passionate about mental health, education, or wellness initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience selling to schools, colleges, or corporate HR departments. Background in health, education, or SaaS sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
