Field Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels to expand the customer base. Deliver compelling and informative presentations to showcase product/service features and benefits. Foster strong connections with clients through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Set and achieve ambitious sales goals while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Skilfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure agreements that align with company objectives. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Effectively organize and prioritize leads, opportunities, and client interactions to ensure a streamlined sales process. Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to the enhancement of products/services and overall customer satisfaction.

Field Sales Representative Requirements:



A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated success in a previous sales role, preferably in an outdoor or field sales capacity. Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and present product/service information. Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain organized sales records. Ability to negotiate effectively to secure favourable terms and agreements with clients. Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets with a focus on measurable results. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and client needs. Strong organizational skills to manage a busy schedule, prioritize tasks, and maximize productivity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
