Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Field Sales Representative to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and loyalty.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations.
Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings, and emails.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare reports on account status and client feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or in customer-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
