As a Field Sales Executive at Gift Touch, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales by identifying and servicing corporate clients, institutions, and channel partners. The role requires on-ground client acquisition, relationship management, and follow-up to convert opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new corporate clients and gifting resellers in your territory.
Visit client offices and showrooms for product presentations and sampling.
Build strong relationships with HR, procurement, marketing, and admin teams of corporate clients.
Promote Gift Touch's curated brand portfolio in alignment with client needs and seasonal campaigns.
Manage end-to-end client servicing from enquiry to order closure.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and suggest new business opportunities.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure accurate reporting via CRM or internal tools.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting, FMCG, lifestyle, or brand merchandising.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Good to Have:
Prior experience in dealing with premium or lifestyle brands.
Existing network in HR/admin/procurement departments of corporates.
An eye for design and gifting trends.
