Position Overview:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers in assigned territories. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills, drive revenue growth, and earn commission-based compensation based on your sales success. A vehicle is a must-have for this position as it involves traveling within the assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:
Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address customer needs.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements, build trust, and drive repeat business.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using our CRM system.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to support sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a field sales or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-based environment.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for traveling within assigned territories.
