. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell men's wear garments
Generate new leads and onboard new clients within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Present product samples and clearly explain pricing, offers, and schemes
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback
Ensure timely order collection, follow-ups, and payment coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
Prepare and submit daily visit reports and sales updates
Requirements
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the men's wear garment industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned area
Good understanding of retail and wholesale garment markets
Two-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting
