Field Sales Executive - Marketing & Sales

Industry: Interior & Furnishing

Location: On-field (Client Visits & Market Coverage)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive for our Interior & Furnishing division. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in curtains, blinds, wallpapers, or interior furnishing products, with strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through field visits, site visits, and client meetings Promote and sell interior furnishing products such as curtains, blinds, wallpapers, and related solutions Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and end customers Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and follow-ups Collect market feedback and competitor information
Candidate Requirements:

Gender: Male Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in interior furnishing / curtains / blinds / interiors sales Education: Graduate or equivalent (preferred) Skills: Good product understanding and sales skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Fluent in English and Hindi Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented Must be comfortable with field work and traveling
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 per month (depending on experience) Performance-based incentives Growth opportunities in a fast-growing interior industry
