About the Role

This is a high-intensity field sales role focused on taking SeatWash -- a new-category toilet seat cleaning machine -- into real commercial environments. Your primary mission is to introduce, demonstrate, and sell SeatWash to hotels, hospitals, corporate offices, commercial complexes, and other high-usage washroom locations.
These segments have significantly higher toilet usage, making them strong early adopters and ideal test markets for evaluating how the industry responds to our product.

You will play a direct role in validating market behaviour, identifying demand patterns, and establishing SeatWash as a practical hygiene solution in these high-traffic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 10-15 targeted field visits daily across Delhi-NCR.

Approach and pitch SeatWash to:

Hotels & hospitality groups

Hospitals & clinics

Corporate office buildings

Commercial complexes

Facility management companies

Deliver on-site product demonstrations and push for conversions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams & facility managers.

Gather structured market feedback to help refine pricing, positioning, and product improvements.

Maintain strict accuracy in sales reporting -- no discrepancies accepted.

Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets with discipline and consistency.

Who We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience -- mandatory. Professionals who are confident selling to commercial establishments and decision-makers. Strong communication (Hindi required; English is an advantage for hotel/office pitches). Persistent closers who can handle rejection and still push deals forward. Fast learners who can master the product pitch and demonstrate it confidently. High integrity and responsibility -- zero tolerance for dishonest behaviour
