Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
Provide excellent after-sales support and handle client queries efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in
field sales, direct sales, or B2B/B2C sales
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (preferred).
