About the Role:
We're looking for a self-driven, dynamic individual to lead the charge in expanding our brand visibility and sales reach through curated avenues like exhibitions, pop-ups, and high-potential retail placements. As part of our growing team, you will identify and secure meaningful sales and display opportunities that align with our brand ethos of natural, honest skincare.
This is not a typical cold-calling sales role we're looking for someone who can build quality relationships, scout relevant platforms, and turn opportunities into long-term brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and close opportunities for product placement through exhibitions, retail collaborations, curated marketplaces, and pop-up events.
Develop a pipeline of potential partnerships with boutiques, wellness stores, premium hotel chains, and lifestyle platforms.
Maintain and nurture relationships with leads, collaborators, and partner brands.
Represent the brand professionally at events and ensure smooth execution and coordination.
Research and scout relevant events and platforms for upcoming product showcases.
Build customized outreach pitches based on the audience, event type, or platform.
Collaborate with the marketing and ops team to align sales initiatives with product availability and storytelling.
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, brand partnerships, or retail placement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A natural networker with an eye for spotting opportunities.
Passionate about clean beauty, wellness, or lifestyle products.
Comfortable representing the brand in-person and virtually.
Highly organized and able to work independently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience in driving business through exhibitions, retail outreach, or strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and develop sustainable sales avenues.
