Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and visiting prospective customers in Delhi/NCR.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams for quotations.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate, and assist in closing orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Submit daily/weekly sales activity and visit reports to the manager.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in field sales (B2B/industrial preferred; freshers with interest in sales can apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi mandatory; local dialect preferred).
Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR.
Negotiation skills and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and disciplined.
