Offline Sales Executive

to help expand our retail and distributor presence across key regions.

Responsibilities

Identify and onboard local pet stores, veterinary clinics, pet salons, and distributors for Kipenzi products. Conduct field visits, product demos, and promotional activities to build brand visibility. Maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure repeat business. Handle B2C customer queries, providing accurate product information, assistance, and post-sale support. Monitor competitor activity and report market trends regularly. Achieve offline sales targets and provide daily updates to the manager. Educate partners about new launches, product USPs, and promotional schemes. Support logistics and follow up on inventory and order fulfillment. Participate in offline events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.

Skills Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Field sales experience preferred (especially in FMCG or pet industry) Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven Ability to work independently and travel locally Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Docs
