Role Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven
Field Sales Representative
for our
Delhi branch
to accelerate our growth in the NCR industrial belt. You will be responsible for client acquisition, product pitching, relationship management, and revenue generation by directly engaging with industries, factories, OEMs, system integrators, and panel builders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new clients in industrial areas across Delhi NCR.
Identify automation opportunities and present relevant Graven Automation products and solutions.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with plant heads, purchase managers, and electrical consultants.
Provide product demos, technical specs, and coordinate with the in-house engineering team for custom requirements.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate lead data, call reports, and deal updates in CRM (Zoho CRM).
Follow up on IndiaMART, website, and exhibition-generated leads.
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer visits at the Kirti Nagar office as required.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
1-3 years of field sales experience in industrial automation, electricals, or B2B technical sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, control panels, and industrial automation solutions is an added advantage.
Must be willing to travel across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and nearby industrial zones.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Google Workspace is preferred.
Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and commitment to achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
