The candidate shall be required in the position of Sales Officer/Sales Executive who will help us develop our market and engage with potential business clients. He/She shall be expected to cover Punjab, Himachal, Haryana, Delhi, and then areas designated thereafter. More information upon request. - Identifying and appointing new distributors with new customer potential.
- Ensuring proper coverage of the outlets in the area assigned to the distributor.
- Managing distributors\' salesmen.
- Shall form an efficient and effective team that is perfectly cooperating with all internal and external partners. He/she heads and coaches the Sales Team reporting to him/her.
- Ensuring FIFO in distributors\' warehouse and outlets.
- Identifying the new business opportunities like product placement in gifting, events, tourist place, corporate etc.
- Suggesting and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort.
- Lead from the front to drive and motivate his team of sales Officers, through regular sales contacts and On-The-Job training.
- A high degree of people management skills.
- Planning & analytical skills to handle complex situations.
- Taking the full responsibility for decisions and repercussions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and
- Clear commitment and vision to lead his team.
