Identify and approach potential clients such as homeowners, offices, architects, interior designers, contractors, and real estate developers.
Conduct field visits to meet clients, present product portfolios, and give on-site consultations.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track progress through CRM tools.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable furniture/interior solutions.
Provide professional advice on product selection, materials, finishes, and customization.
Offer after-sales support and handle customer queries or complaints efficiently.
3.
Product Knowledge & Consultation
Stay updated on current product lines, new arrivals, and design trends.
Explain technical specifications, design features, and functionality of products to clients.
Collaborate with in-house designers or project teams to offer complete interior solutions.
4.
Site Visits & Measurements
Conduct site inspections and take accurate measurements when required.
Coordinate with the design or installation team to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
5.
Quotations & Negotiations
Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines within company guidelines.
6.
Reporting and Coordination
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of orders.
