Job Description

1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, guiding them through the buying, selling, or renting processes effectively.

2. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local property markets, trends, and regulations to provide clients with accurate and relevant information when advising on pricing and investment opportunities.

3. Property Marketing: Create and execute marketing strategies for listings, including online and offline advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services to enhance property visibility and attract potential buyers .

4. Negotiation: Effectively mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for clients, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.

5. Transaction Coordination: Manage and oversee the transaction process from listing to closing, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that paperwork is completed accurately and on time .

6. Lead Generation: Actively pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and other client acquisition strategies to continually grow the client base and meet sales targets .

7. Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics, contributing to the overall financial success of the agency or brokerage. Tracking individual and team sales performance against established goals is also vital.

8. Continuous Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance skills, stay updated with industry trends, and adapt to changes in real estate practices, technology, or market conditions.

9. Legal Compliance: Understand and adhere to real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards to protect both the client's and the agency's interests during transactions.
