Key Responsibilities

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share within a defined geographical area. This includes:

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identifying and targeting potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and utilizing the company's CRM system.

Sales Cycle Management:

Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts.

Product Expertise:

Developing a deep understanding of MNM Solutions' products/services to effectively present and demonstrate their value proposition to prospects.

Market Analysis:

Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Reporting:

Accurately forecasting sales, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining detailed records of sales activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Collaboration:

Working closely with the technical support, marketing, and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product/service implementation.

Travel:

Traveling extensively within the assigned territory to meet with prospects and clients
Required Qualifications

Experience:

] of proven experience in a field sales, outside sales, or business development role, preferably within the ANY sector.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Communication Skills:

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales acceleration tools.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
