Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

site visits

to assess project requirements and collect necessary details for proposals. Coordinate with the

Design and Quotation teams

to prepare accurate and timely proposals. Present and explain proposals to clients, addressing queries and highlighting the company's value proposition. Follow up with clients to ensure

quotation approvals

and conversion to confirmed orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with

builders, architects, educational institutions, sports clubs

, and other potential clients. Provide regular

updates and reports

on leads, site visits, and closures to the Sales Manager. Ensure

post-sale coordination

with operations and project teams for smooth execution. Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in

Field Sales / B2B Sales

, preferably in construction, sports infrastructure, or related industries. Excellent

communication and negotiation

skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh. Proficiency in

Telugu and English

(Hindi is an added advantage). Self-motivated with strong

ownership and result orientation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
