We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities
Daily field visits to assigned routes/shops
Generate new sales and maintain existing customer relationships
Take and record daily orders from retailers/supermarkets
Ensure product visibility and availability in all outlets
Follow beat plan and report daily activities
Achieve monthly targets
Collect payments as per company policy
Requirements
Age

Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG sales (preferred)
Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory
Good communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Should be familiar with local market and routes
