Roles & Responsibilities
Visit salons across Bengaluru to
onboard new salons onto the platform/company
.
Identify and onboard
employees working within salons
, including hairdressers, hairstylists, beauticians, and barbers.
Achieve a
daily onboarding target of 30-35 candidates from salons
.
Build strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and staff.
Clearly explain company offerings, benefits, and onboarding process to salon owners and employees.
Collect and verify required documents from salons and candidates.
Maintain accurate daily records of salon visits, onboarded salons, and candidates.
Coordinate with the internal operations/recruitment team for smooth onboarding and activation.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.
Submit
daily field reports
on targets achieved and market feedback.
Represent the company brand professionally in the field.

Skills & Requirements
0-3 years of experience in
field sales or field recruitment.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with
daily fieldwork and target-driven role

Familiarity with local Bengaluru areas is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
