Job Title: Field Sales Associate (TMT Bars & Steel construction material)

Job Summary: We are a growing TMT bar trading business looking for a results-driven Field Sales Associate to expand our footprint. You will be responsible for identifying active construction sites, building relationships with contractors and builders, and converting leads into sales. This is a high-energy role that requires 70% of the time in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Scouting: Visit 10-12 construction sites daily within the assigned territory to identify new requirements. Lead Generation: Connect with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Individual Home Builders (IHB) to pitch our TMT brands. Relationship Management: Maintain a database of contractors and follow up regularly to secure repeat orders. Sales Closing: Handle price negotiations and coordinate with the in office sales staff for timely delivery and payment collection.
What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 1-2 years in field sales (experience in TMT, Cement, Paint, or Hardware is a huge plus). Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license ( Fuel allowance will be given regularly) Communication: Ability to speak the local language fluently and build trust with site workers and owners. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Maps for reporting and navigation. Drive: Someone who prefers being on the road rather than sitting in an office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
