Key Responsibilities

Actively promote our brand and products in

housing societies, marketplaces, events, and community gatherings

. Engage with potential customers directly,

understand their needs

, and effectively communicate product benefits, USPs, and offers.

Demonstrate product usage

where applicable and educate customers on best-use cases.

Boost sales by converting footfall to purchases

and improving customer experience for existing buyers. Implement

guerrilla marketing

and on-ground activation techniques to increase brand visibility and awareness.

Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets

in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. Collect customer feedback and share market insights to improve product positioning.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum

2 years of on-field sales or brand promotion experience

(preferably FMCG). Strong command of

Hindi & Gujarati preferable.

Energetic, proactive, and confident in engaging with different customer types. Excellent

verbal communication and persuasion skills

. Should be presentable, approachable, and willing to work in outdoor/public spaces. Knowledge of

local geography of Vapi and surrounding areas

is preferred. Experience with

door-to-door, van-based, or society-level promotions

will be a strong plus.
