Ganesh Enterprises, a growing B2B dry fruits company from Kolkata, is hiring a Field Sales Officer to expand sales across retail and wholesale outlets. The role involves selling dry fruits, mainly cashews, building strong vendor relationships, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery. It's a field role that needs solid market knowledge and hands-on sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail stores, wholesale counters, and general stores (kirana shops) across Kolkata and West Bengal.
Generate and close bulk orders for dry fruits (mainly cashews) through field visits and relationship building.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business through regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal operations teams for order execution, dispatch, and delivery.
Ensure timely payment collections and handle client queries effectively.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, specifically in the kirana store or wholesale segment.
Prior experience in the dry fruits, FMCG, or food trading industry is mandatory.
Strong local network and understanding of the local wholesale market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi, Bengali preferred)
